2xR stands for 2 times the RESULTS. Did you know that Body by Lee specializes in giving clients 2 times the Results (2xR)? We start with a free consultation. In that consultation we assess your goals, eating tendencies, life style, limitations, and the amount of macros you currently take in. Then, after doing a metabolic panel, we establish a base line, set small goals, and make small adjustments along the way. The goal is to make your body metabolically efficient.

PERSONAL TRAINING
In a 1 on 1 personal training setting, we meet you at your own physical fitness level. Each week we raise the bar, working together to achieve goals. We can do 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. Body fat assessments are performed regularly to insure you are getting 2xR (2 times the results).
GROUP TRAINING
In a group personal training setting, you are your own competition. We all work together as a group in creating accountability. Group sessions can be 30, 45, or 60 min. sessions. Body fat assessments are done regularly to insure you are getting 2xR.
