The 8 week challenge is a 1 hour fat incinerating class.  It's affordable and very convenient.  We offer 10+ different classes per week. We offer classes :

Mon & Fri 6am, 9am, 6pm

Tues & Thurs 6pm

Wed 6am & 9am

Sat 8am

You can come to as many classes as you want for only $35.00 per week or pay for the entire 8 weeks for a discounted rate.   

​     Our specialized 2xR (2 Times The Results) workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn up to twice the fat and calories that traditional workouts burn in only half the time.

     The Workouts are tailored to fit your fitness goals and your current fitness level. Our certified fit professionals will help modify exercises based on what you have going on in your lifestyle. This is NOT a choreographed class.  It's group personal training.

     Accountability is important.  That's one of the reasons we do a energetic group setting.  The other advantage is the price.  You are getting the same great workout for a fraction of the price of a 1-on-1 session.
