What is The 8 Week Fit Challenge ?

     The F.I.T. Challenge Boot Camp is a 1 hour fat incinerating class.  It's affordable and very convenient.  We offer 12 different classes per week. We offer classes on M-W-F at 6am, 9am, 6pm, Tu-Thur 6:45 pm, & Sat 8am. You can come to as many classes as you want for only $35.00 per week.  We also give you free gym membership for 8 weeks.  

     Our specialized 2xR (2 Times The Results) workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn up to twice the fat and calories that traditional workouts burn in only half the time. 

     The Workouts are tailored to fit your fitness goals and your current fitness level. Our certified fit professionals will help modify exercises based on what you have going on in your lifestyle. 

     Accountability is important.  That's one of the reasons we do a energetic group setting.  The other advantage is the price.  You are getting the same great workout for a fraction of the price of a 1-on-1 session.

     The nutritional blueprint we use is super easy to follow.  If you want results, encouragement, support all in a comfortable and friendly environment . . .  this class is for you. The average person wants to lose 40+ pounds.
